We are going to inform you about a project Megapolis of hinjewadi in Pune west which is an integrated township. 

In this blog we will give you detail about the Megapolis project, its work progress and sample flats.

About the Megapolis Project:

Megapolis project is an integrated township built by Kumar Builder. It has segments such as splendor, sunway, sparklet, symphony, springs, etc.

Development:

The land size of this entire project is 150 acres, out of which 100 acres have been developed.  And the remaining 50 acres of land size is in progress.

The project has been built by Pegasus Properties. This is joint venture with Kumar properties and Avinash Bhosale Infrastructure Ltd.

Construction of Serenity and Saffron's construction is still under process.
