Key Traffic Loop Reopens - Pimple Gurav to Nashik Phata Chowk Restored for Commuters
In a noteworthy development benefiting commuters, the descending loop connecting Pimple Gurav to Nashik Phata Chowk, traversing through the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation and linking to Pune via the Bharat Ratna JRD Tata flyover, has been reinstated for traffic. The loop had undergone a temporary closure due to the construction activities led by Mahametro on Nigdi Dapodi Road. This closure, a necessity during the construction phase, had rendered the loop inaccessible to traffic. However, as of January 1, 2024, following the successful completion of Mahametro's work, the loop is now reopened for public use. Key officials from the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, including the Associate City Engineer, Executive Engineer, Deputy Engineer, and the Bhosari Traffic Division Police Inspector, were present at the reopening event.
