Moreover, PMC's financial outlook for the upcoming fiscal year underscores its dedication to sustainable urban development and housing provision. With a target of Rs2,492.83 crore from building permissions set for 2024-25, PMC aims to substantially augment its revenue streams compared to the previous year. Notably, the corporation has made significant progress, having already collected around Rs2,000 crore by February-end.
