Residents Unite to Advocate for Essential Stormwater Lines in Flood-Prone Kharadi
Residents of Kharadi and members of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) are jointly addressing the recurring flooding issue in the area caused by heavy rainfall. Despite their appeals, the lack of action from civic authorities has prompted a protest, drawing attention to the administrative inaction. The problem extends beyond Kharadi, reflecting challenges in other parts of the city due to inadequate stormwater lines and drainage. PMC officials have committed to formulating a comprehensive plan to bolster stormwater infrastructure.
