The project spans 6 acres and features 4 towers, offering a mix of 3 and 4 BHK apartments as well as commercial shops.
Towers A and B were launched in July 2024, with expected delivery by September 2027. Each tower will have a structure of LG + UG + 3P + 31 floors, accommodating approximately 454 flats per tower. With 7 flats per floor and 5 elevators per tower, the design ensures convenience and accessibility for residents.
