MahaRERA has corrected its mistake- Buyer will get benefit | Rest of the corrections should also be done soon | SaudaGhar 2024

In this update video, SaudaGhar addresses the recent changes made to the new MahaRERA website following our previous video, where we highlighted around 15 issues. One of the major improvements is the 'Project Litigation Section', which has now been updated to accurately reflect litigation details for each project.

Earlier, the 'Litigation Section' showed "NO" for all projects, even if they had ongoing legal cases, a critical detail for homebuyers. After our video, MahaRERA corrected this, and now the right litigation information is visible for all projects.

However, several important issues still persist:

- Completion Date History: The old website showed how many times a project's completion date had been extended. The new website only shows the latest updated date, leaving out this crucial history.

- User Interface: The new website’s user interface is still complex and not user-friendly. It needs to be more informative and easier to navigate for all users.

There are other key improvements still needed, which we covered in our previous video.

Seeing the impact of our video, it's clear that when informed viewers like you raise your voice, change happens. Now, it's time to push for the resolution of the remaining issues. We urge you to continue raising your voice and let MahaRERA know that more improvements are necessary to provide accurate and reliable information to all homebuyers.
